I picked this complete up, it had been spray bombed. I stripped it back but there was no sign of the original colour. I went for chrome as i really wanted to do the 85 AFA king of the skate parks bike.
Parts list:
CC Prolite frame & forks ( re-chromed)
Skyway EZ bars ( re-chromed)
Hatta headset
Mushroom 2 grips green & white
Tech 4 levers
MX100 callipers with Tuff pads
Green dia compe cables
Sugino 400 crank & BB
Shimano DX pedals
Green skyway Tuff II ( made in UK) loose ball
Haro tyres
Skyway hot seat
MX seat clamp

Hell yea, that is stunning. Makes me want my CC back!! mine was baby blue with lav parts like the Southsea footslap pic!
out of interest, what stem did you use dude? i remember a debate a while ago about what stem Craig used on this bike.
Flippin heck, good spot ...you could have mistaken that for a mid skool POS if you didn't have a keen eye looking at it's original state....great work from all angles
knew i had a pic somewhere!! :daumenhoch:

I used a sugino stem the same as the skyway street beat. It's really hard to tell what it should be to be honest
