Title: Frame Painters

I have a top secret project on the go and I need to know if I have a frame done in two different colours does it have to be painted or is it possible to have it powdered.

If it needs to be painted who was the guy on here that paints bikes?

it was missfits but im not sure he can get them done anymore.
