someone put a link up to a site that had spoke lengths for different size hubs and rims and if they was x3 or x4, anybody know what site it was

Built up 3 sets so far now.
First one's actually came out the best! :-\

nah it's just like doing up a load of spokes :)
once you have the pattern right you can't really go wrong
it's easier than knitting. and your gran can do that

pete if we can get together one day i will build as many sets as you want.
i dont much fancy sitting hear all day making them it would be like knitting a wooly jumper
and teach you how to do it.

The thing thatt helps is how much you tighten the spokes when you first lace the wheel up, I try to leave about 5 threads showing on all the spokes, then go all the way around one side giving 1 full turn of the nipples, then the same on the other side, then after that about half a turn of the nipples on each side separatly, then I true it up, and then go around again giving all the spokes the same amount of turn to tighten it right up, easy :daumenhoch:

it's simple to lace, but a true wheel :-\ that's a different matter.
