can anyboby help - im havin a nightmare removing soom bearing cups from an aero pro 25th ani frame - anyone got any bright ideas - it would be very much appriciated - im closeto launching it down the garden!!!! thx paul

I always use a piece of aluminium and a hammer to drift them out nibbling round, side to side, slowly but surely. If all else fails I replace the aluminium with a piece of steel and belt the f**k out of it!! After all the cup will probably need replacing anyway. Humps

i just got mine out using the spindle off a set of flites...( as told by mark j )..worked a treat ....

its a case of having to im afraid. the bars i swear are from a chopper and full of holes! the cranks are heavyer than a range rover - frame and forks and wheels are tiptop but my god havent they built it down to a price

hammer and a flat screw driver :daumenhoch: give them a wack ;)

I use an extension piece out of a socket set with the end covered in electrical tape so it doesnt do any damage when you whack it :daumenhoch:
