Post by: harris on July 18, 2007, 08:23 PM
has anyone got away with leaving on a decal whilst in oven  after touch up repainting.
this is the prob i just tonight noticed a tiny crack on my raceinc cruiser on the seatpost tube
its been finished so decaled up.i want to clean and spot the crack before she runs and repaint area
can i cover other decals in a low baked oven or just remove  ????

danny if the decals are not that close to damage you should be able to keep blow in small enough not to affect decals just a bit of careful masing and back taping ,the heat from the oven wont affect decals but if you are worried about baking let it air dry over night :daumenhoch:
