Title: GT yellow, SBD HAVE A LOOKY HERE BUDDY

does anybody know if the race f&f yellow colour is the same as the performer yellow

I don't reckon it is Pete, race yellow seems a bit richer, not pastel and a stronger shade

do you know anybody with anything in that yellow ?

I don't and this may be a bad way of referencing but from pics and from memory.

I'm having one of these team series powdered in a couple of weeks, and to me in this pic it seems a stronger shade of yellow and in the 85 or 86 catalogue there's a frame pictured on it's own and the shade is defo a darker yellow than tried and tested performer 1018. I'm hoping the powderer has got a good compromise, he keeps 1018 in stock so probably end up with that again if not. The performer is 1018...

  i put the SBD night sign out last night like batmans so with a bit of luck he will look in here and will be able to help

morning pete, saw the sign and here to help,

ok mate i've done both and used 1018 on both, gt performer is defo 1018

and to me the race yellow is so similier that 1018 is the nearest shade,

on these ral charts there's a lot of differance in the yellows :daumenhoch:
