Had one of the best days ever at Harrow today, met loads of new people who i've chatted to for ages but never met.
there was some superb riding going on, James on the Standard is one RAD dude!!! just superb watching him!
i took a few piccies of the Hip, hope you like.......

Weather is supposed to be a bit iffy for Sunday, so they are doing it tomorrow instead. If the weather holds out, I think they're doing Rom on Sunday too.

Top day - just uploading a bunch of photos to Flickr at the moment. On a personal note, managed no-footers, one handers and full X-ups (not all at the same time!) . Just need a bit/lot more height.
Loved the chilled atmosphere and great to see people that I've only seen in magazines riding. Looking forward to Rom tomorrow.

if bill dont wanna wear his helmet so what, he noes when he should or should not wear it he has a hell of alot more skill than most people on this site so lets not av a go at him bill is a great influence to the younger rippers as he always wears all the stuff when required . if he is comfortable about it then thats ok . so drop it.

That's Mr Jay Openshaw, the name might ring a bell... A northern guy who had quite a lot of exposure in the early 2000's. Unbelievable riding! That footjam was serious! He did a lip slide on the pool too! crazy.

And James Hitchcox ruled the place - local knowledge always wins out! I was well impressed.
Alex was gettin the cool tables all over the joint, but gawd - does he look like Michael Schumacher these days!!Heehee!
Had quite a good wee sesh myself once I got my head together! Blunt on the quarter to Fiola nose wheelie all the way back to the bank was my riding highlight!
Thanks to everyone for making me and my good lady so welcome. Once we got to know everyone, we had a great time. See you all at the next one...

Thanks Jay! Aileen had a blast meeting AND riding with everyone - flip flops! - and it's really inspired me to keep up my riding this year and get fully fit. You and James and the Billys (Stupple and Bmx!) and Alex (and, and, and,......) were all inspirational - made me feel really inadequate 'cos I wasn't airing! Need to sort that out for the next one!
