Just be a bit careful with spindle lengths and wonky chainlines if you're starting to look at non-bmx cranks for bmx frames, assuming that you're looking for cranks for a bmx?? Not a deal-breaker but you might have to play around with spacers more than normal to straighten things up.

Mang this stuff is an absolute shit head to work with. It melts when you get it even remotely warm, and it's so sodding slippery its a shit bag to cut manually
I do now have a block, but this has all thrown up an issue I never knew I had. Why in the fudge does the spindle motor on my machine refuse to run any slower? Just did some investigating and it seems no matter what I set the speed to it's not having it. It's either all on (20,000 RPM ffs) or off.
