they need to be split up into seperate sections sometimes only 10/ 15 views and your having to bump stuff up then because youve bumped stuff up others bump there stuff up and so no and so on

having 3 seperate sections would slow this process down

I agree, sperate sections

Also on leave listings on for max of 1 month or 1 week after everything sold on that listing. (This would save you some space on your server !!)

Only disadvantage is that the wanted pages would never get read as everyones gaggin for the for sales
