I've never understood why people beat down on ACS Z-Rims... I always thought they were fookin ace  :4_17_5:

It amazes me that ACS don't mention Z-Rims in the history section of their website.... it's like that's what they're famous for for me  :daumenhoch:

and everyone wanted to recreate that advert whenever they got on your bike (if you had them)   :tickedoff:  resulting in new spokes being needed and trueing AGAIN!  >:(

...wasn't a childhood belief fella - I flexed them like that myself 3 or 4 times in a row BITD and rode away.... ok not perfectly true but definetely rideable  :daumenhoch:

Yep I shot out of the bowls at Harrow 18 years ago just to create that effect, wheel was never true again but still rideable! ;)

Wow don't remember ever seeing that advert Arnaud , it's cool too  8)

I've always liked the look of Z's , but they were never known as great wheels ,famous for the ad , but not for the longevity   :-\

I think I had ACS trucks on my Alleycat skateboard in the days before I had a BMX  :smitten:
