looks liek it says 19mm Amer on the label
yet inside the  'opened' bag, looks like 2 euro bearings with 2 us cups, without bearings?
whaddya think?

do mid bearings fit the us cups?

-you simply fit the mid bearings into the us cups?

yep, I've had a BB set like this before, the mid bearing just press into the cups so you can use them on a US BB

yes, you can get self extracting bolts, -could years ago
-problem is, gusst use left hand threads
-anyway, i shall just get some right handed ones
