Which f&f should I go for ?
« on: October 18, 2010, 10:00 PM »
Hey Chaps... long time no see.  :D

About to move into a new place with a garage all to myself !!!, and fancy building something old school as a London runaround !!! i.e. not too expensive or flashy so it wont attract too much attention !!! l may rob all the nice-ish black parts off my custom burner I have already to save on costs and to speed up the process.

I'd quite like to go chrome. What would be a good choice, price wise, & to make for a good ride ? I remember my ammaco I used to own had such a long frame which I real liked and made for a comfy ride. So what out of these would also fulfil those requirements ? comfort and affordability are the main goals here.

Initial considerations : Mongoose Californian, Kuwarhara KZ1 / Hot Heart ?, Hutch Pro Racer, etc etc ? these would be my preferences.

I'm so out of the loop atm, Suggestions ???

thanks in advance.

and even that ^^^ won't be cheap

Lots of choice out there still and some good bikes about, for a rider I'd be looking at something long in the top tube, Caifornia's can be a little short (expert sized really) but the Kuwie would be a nice choice   :daumenhoch:
