mooching through my photobucket account and found these pictures they were taken at sheffield the first radbmx event i attended

but i'm not sure what year it was any ideas ?

are any of the bikes still with there original owners

my guess would be at least 5 years ago, i recognise a couple of bikes that have changed hands....

where in sheffield was it? (unit/ car park?)

i remember bitd racing at sheffield at an indoor farmers barn...

freezing cold in the middle of no-where, but no one ever seems to remember it.... $:-\$

the weekend of march (19th/20th/21st?) 2005!!!!

the changa was bought off a young lad full bike in york not long before for Â£30 and is still with the buyer, the redline in the background i think is ron burgundys n i imagine he still has it

but the rarest thing has got to be the girly haired dan-dare unrecognisable without his yellow top n cw patch and with flowing locks but the obligatory can of "ACE" being held tightly to his busom gives him away

bunnyhop comp was won by flem on a cruiser 39" IRC
think i came 2nd 36"

yeah it was a freezing cold barn the start gate was high up in the far corner

seem to remember the jmc being pk radmans

one of the lads lent me a crash helmet so i could go round the track
2005 seems about right thinking about it now

did one lad lazychubs crash on the doubles and crack his leg or ankle ??

my bike was the green streetbeat next to the VDC

glad it bought back a few memories cheers lads

Great meet, I remember racing radman thinking I’ll piss him..
Then hitting the downside of some whoops and proper flipping backwards! twating me knees..

I was sat on the gate when chubs went for the trail jumps.. he had some bottle coz they were foookin mental..
Also some bodies wife face planted into a set of doubles.. she was knocked out then off to hospital!
Think she had been drinking with radmans misses.
