My roof in France has a leak, and my first booking is going in a fortnight, hopefully, the local dude can fix it,if not, its a fookin expensive weekend away for me, and I miss the RAD event of the year!!

Bad news guys, took the kids out today to the RAF museum at Hendon, good day out until on the way home the gearbox on the Merc expired. Took 1.5 hours for the AA man to turn up and another 1.5 hours to get home.

Just looked up replacement gearbox and Mr Benz wants £4k to purchase without fitting. So don't think this is going to happen this week before the stag so very unlikely I will be able to make it, ABSOLUTELY GUTTED!

Also I was giving RAC66 a lift so not sure if he will be able to make it either.

Was really looking forward to this one as well, hope you all have a great night soz Lenni, see you at the next one.

sorry you guys are having trouble - not least because I had munny mark's dog basket booked for the night
so looks like I won't be drinking - hoping I'll at least be able to get some riding in though, even if I can't stay for the duration

got an appointment with the consultant about my dodgy wrist this week so hopefully will get the ok to ride...

just got into the office after a trip to see the hand consultant for a follow-up check
he reckons that my ligaments are showing some signs of improvement, but strongly advised against 'doing BMX stunts' if I want it to heal (for at least the next 6 weeks!)
fooking gutted, but since the alternative is having him cut it open and putting pins in I'm going to have to pass on this, won't be able to make the 26th either
