A little help with my hoffman flow!

I recently aquired a HB Flow and want to know if i can put a gyro kit on it. Any help woukd be awesome!

Awesome cheers mate. I have one more question which my sound a little confusing or stupid. But do you know what its called if i want to be able to pedal forward and back?

That would be a fixed gear.

I think Trevor Meyer dabbled with the fixed gear too.
And he was shit hot!
