kappys going to be doing a sponsored blackpool bog lock in , he's aiming to stay in the bogs from 9pm till 12 pm tomorrow, hes been in training for weeks now sniffing raw ammonia

not nice at all to see young Adam go down ...that looked a nasty break ..... poor lad was so brave ... i didnt feel much like riding at all after that .
