It needs a repaint, Halfords do some really nice colours these days

You pretend the chain has brass links but really its just rusty get some of the 3 in 1 stuff off the market

Wheels need oven pride, some clown painted them 7b's yellow

I'd get some Ajax on them pads and give em a good scrub with a nail brush

I think if you spent around £50-£60 in Halfords on parts/paint you could end up with something really nice
