Fook me the bars are fooked anyway!!I agree with the others,it is a nice original survivor much like the one I found my mate a little while ago.We just ended up putting a new bb,headset,chain,cables,pads n tyres on it and it rides mint.I stripped the gold off the bars as it was peeling bad,hence i was asking about yours.If you decide to go down the resto route,the gold finish-which is a translucent powdercoat is £90 to get re-done,you will have to strip the old gold off though and give the frame a polish beforehand.We were just too lazy and he wants to ride it with his kids so decided we would do a full resto in a few years once he has had some fun on it!Original parts are reasonably priced too and easily available. :daumenhoch:

Got mine last year, traded it for a mk1. Its powder coat not super chrome so will take a bit more abuse  ;)
