You guys tell him he fooked it up, and then rag on him for selling it on.... Give the guy a break. Hardly surprising it never became a project when he was lunched for repainting it.  :daumenhoch:

Cheers, it is a nice bike, I bought on impulse & don't have the room so its a part out, im restoring the frame and a few bits . :daumenhoch:

Jon, it was bought as a part out to quote the man himself, i'd have left it alone and let it's new owner decide on fresh paint or not

It was bought cheap..... very cheap, purely to profit off splitting imo  :-X

Not me, he's done to it exactly what i'd have done myself (given the chance). I'm all for survivors but that rusty gusset had to go !  :)

One more  thing... I actually enjoy restoring these things, well, if that's a crime? Cheers for the comment Jon, I think hes the only one other than myself who knows what I paid for the Holmes, unless my ebay/PP has been hacked?
