Its that time again RADSTERS , the nights are dark , the weekends wet and cold and xmas is just around the corner. Im sure many of you will remember last year we managed to collect 3 cages full of toys , games and books for the unfortunate children of Wigan and Leigh Hospital .

the generosity of the members of RADBMX was staggering , although a cold day many turned out to meet up at ALANS bmx shop in Wigan dressed as SANTA to ride the mile or so up to Wigan Hospital , escorted by Wigan scooter club to deliver toys to the children of RAINBOW ward.

Once again the meeting place will be outside ALANS bmx shop Wigan MIDDAY SATURDAY December 13th , were once everyones arrived we will then once again be safely escorted up to the Hospital by the guys from Wigan scooter club who will be blocking the roads ensuring a safe ride . JONO has kindly offered to drive the "LOVE BUS" so all the toys games books can be taken by him .

Once again ALAN has offered to "donate" something to raffle to help raise some money to buy the children some toys games etc, the raffle prize has yet to be confirmed . Last year RADSTER Bert was the lucky winner

Lets see if we can make this year even bigger than last year guys , all we ask is any toy , game , or book , cuddly toy donated is new and in original packaging and not gift wrapped. this is to ensure the gifts are given to suitable children. as last year come dressed as SANTA , santa suits are readily available on ebay for just a few quid .

Anyone who would like to donate a toy or game , book and cant make it to the ride Carl in2bmx has once again kindly offered to accept gifts sent to his office . PLEASE mark what you send as TOYRIDE so Carl can identify its not work related . his address is

Unfortunately looks like I won't make this - apart from being a fooking long way away it also clashes with the RAD Xmas bash at TRM1

Pity as it looked like a lot of fun last year - have fun lads

I got a good one from asda for £16....... Last one but only large and won't fit. Any northern boys want it before I take it back ?
