:knuppel2:Has anyone ordered decals from frogbmx.com and had problems with there slow dispatch..

I Ordered a set of haro sport decals around the 7th of this month and still waiting..

Does say will dispatch after two weeks as they make to order etc..

Just last week I sent a polite email just asking about adding z rim stencils to my order to save postage and please send me a invoice...

no reply...

And a few days ago again a polite email as to when you be dispatching decals..

no reply...

My account still states not dispatched ..

They just don't reply to there emails and I do check my spam emails just in case its gone there..

I did check with Del if he did these Haro decals and didn't get a reply from him also...

Is it just my luck..

Just want to finally finish this bike...

Settle in for a long wait fella. If I had a quid for every thread I've seen moaning about frog I'd have enough to buy a haro

They will turn up eventually

He takes ages to ship, but the decals are lovely.

As the others have said, frog does ship them, it just takes bloody ages.

You can message him on facebook as he usually responds through there.

I think my last set from him took 7 weeks to arrive.

Does he send them recorded to sign for as I might be away for work in a few weeks time..

Won't need to be signed for, you will get a tracking number when he eventually sends em.
Keep on at him though (politely) . He you shouts loudest n all that.

as just my luck I will be away that week when posted to find they have return it back as they will only hold post for a week if signed for..

I leave the Haro for now and finish off my SE quad

I ordered 61 euros worth as well..
Not happy..
Ordered three separate lots of decals off del and all arrived in 48 hrs from order..

I did email Del about a set of Haro team sport decals but didn't get a reply..
I know Del response quckly from previous emails..
But this time I didn't get a reply..( it was the weekend mind )
So I assumed that he didn't stock the above .

I waited 7 weeks for frog to send decals. In the end I sent him an e-mail in French and got a reply immediately.

They did eventually arrive but never again.

Arrogant French tosspot!

I've got the exact same problem and when they finally turned up they were the wrong colour. I also sent Del an email and had no reply.
