ok RADSTERS .. putting the feelers out here , and looking for YOUR feedback. ive been to RAMPWORX today with young TAYLOR and this place has recently been revamped. its BIG .. the park includes a foam pit, street section , ressy ramp, bowl , cafe , shop , seating areas viewing platforms . as RADBMX as far as i can recall we have never had a ramp night at RAMPWORX.......

after a good chin wag with the staff things are soon to change. they have agreed to let RADBMX have the park to ourselfs ... we have two options. open to us. and this is were im looking for your input , thoughts ..

OPTION 1 ........ hire the park for 2/3 hours one Saturday night say 8/9-10/11 ish AT A COST OF APPROX £10 A HEAD with a minimum number of attendancies ....

OPTION 2 ........ have the park from 8 till say 2 in the morning ... a live band, old school bmx, old school skateboarding , new school riders, .... they will keep the cafe open for the duration , you will be allowed to bring in your own alcohol ,.ive spoke with ALAN WOODS today who is happy to back the event and has already imputed a few great ideas

possibly have a bmx show and shine, best trick comp etc ...

AT THIS POINT ..... there are the TWO options to consider and its feed back from you guys that will decide which way this night will go. its looking like the first or second SATURDAY in NOVEMBER but nothing is set in stone yet . RAMPWORX are going to get back to me over the next few days with pricing on having the park for OPTION 2... obviously it all comes down to cost and there will need to be a minimum number needed , so this will probably be a ticket event .

As ive said its in its early stages of discussion with the park and im looking for your input guys. as i know more ill update this post... if we can get enough interest option 2 could turn into a great night of radness. but it needs your guys to back it to make it happen.

JUST TO BE CLEAR , THE PRICE OF THE EVENT WILL ONLY BE THE PRICE TO COVER ACTUALL COSTING . NO PROFIT WILL BE MADE AT ALL . ITS AN EVENT FOR THE PEOPLE

I would be up for it, either option. Also almost 500 people on my Facebook group so you could stick it on there, sure some Northwest riders and UK riders on there would be up for it

Aintree hospital isn't far away. They have an A&E department, so we'll advise them beforehand

ok guys a bit of an update.......... just spoke to rampworks again and they are asking for numbers before comitting to a price. the guy ive spoke to has to take it "higher" to get a definate price etc.. BUT hes thrown out a surgestion of having the park on a saturday night 7-11 . a minimum of 20 people at £15 a head . hes having a meeting on Tuesday with the powers that be and is going to ring me some time Tuesday evening .... so with that price and time in mind .. how much serious interest have we got guys .. ?
