PC problem

I have had a new PC at work . It's running windows 10 ..

I can't use the Smillies on rad   : ( .. When I hover over them the Cursor changes to a hand and just shows the name : ( ..

Any ideas ? I've been fooking around for hours now ;(  Anyone else had this problem ?

what browser you using Carl? 

I've got Windows 10 on mine so will try and replicate it  :daumenhoch:

I've got a Surface Pro 3 (shit machines!) with Windows 10 installed behind me at work. I'll give it a go myself  :daumenhoch:

Yep same for me on Internet Explorer  ???

It's a brand new PC using internet explorer .. Office , outlook 2016

I've just switched over to Google Chrome and it works now  :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :) :)
