Thanks for the comments guys. Builds on hold for the next few weeks as we're off on holiday this week, but I'll be looking for a nice set of silver rims with black hubs when I get back if anyone's got or knows of any for sale

Started building this up today. Rims on their way just need low flange black or silver hubs to finish must be some out there somewhere!

That's looking nice,although red wasn't really much of a colour of choice back in the day,it works really well.

Finally got this roughly built up today in between the rain. I'll post some better photos in the race section once I've made a few tweaks and get some better weather. As I've said before won't be to everyone's taste due to the colour and Repop parts, but I'm really pleased with the way my first foray into building has turned out.

great looking bike, clean, well presented(tidy cable, good seat n bar position, right chain tension etc)
