Ok, let's get this show on the road with my Motobecane MX400!! I love the low-slung, split-top tube on these frames and went for a simple build with largely era-correct parts and a bit of a black and blue theme. Not sure about the Tioga chainwheel but it's on there now and I can't be bothered to change it and/or take more pics, so c'est la vie!

Spec

Motobecane frame (date stamped 1984) with og decals
Tange forks (date stamped 3C = March 1983) with repop decals
Tioga beartrap headset
Win Pro bars
Winners Circle grips with blue do-nuts
SR MS-423 stem
Shimano Tourney caliper with Weinmann pads
Dia-Compe Tech 3 lever (dated 1983) and Rampar cable
Suntour-style seat post clamp
Generic cro-mo seat post
Selle Italia-style seat (made in Italy)
Araya rims (20 x 1.75) with Suzue sealed hubs
Cheng Shin (20 x 1.75) tyres with Kenda tubes
Shimano PD-MX15 pedals
Tioga 175mm opc (made by Sugino)
Tioga BB (with a mixture of old and new parts)
Tioga CDC-1 alloy chainwheel (44t)
Suntour freewheel (16t)
KMC Z chain

Here's my latest creation that I've been working on for some time now. My gen 2 Morales flatland.
Tried to keep this a realistic bitd build rather than just go overboard and just build it purely with money and the best bits around.

Original paint and decal survivor gen 2 Morales frame.
Kore Fork with one surviving decal.
Hoffman Love Handles
ODI longneck grips
Tech 77 levers
Odyssey gyro 2 rotor
Tioga bear trap 2 headset
TNT inverted stem
Dia Compe 990 rear
ACS Boa with cable doubler front.
Profile cranks
34t graveyard sprocket
Odyssey vpx pedals
Alex ex rims with sovos front hub and taska rear freecoaster.
Odyssey frequency G 1.75 tyres.
Primo rod seat post
Dyno seat.

Just pegs to go on once my longer front axel arrives (still not shown up) and it's good to ride. 😎
