Does anybody know what this is?

Somebody local to me selling this, they sent me the attached photos (photos terrible).
Having a look at it tomorrow, anybody got any idea what it is or what to look out for?

its probably called a MEGA-CYCLONE or X-TREME SMASHER, or something generic and from"ARGOS" ;D ;D ;D ;D don't bother with it unless hes wanting about £30 or cheaper, maybe a bike to break up for parts it was probably only £85 brand new ;) ;) ;) ;)
