Refurbed these a few years back know but don't think I uploaded any pics on here...

Started off going through various grades of wet/dry paper starting from a 250 going through to a 1000...

Then dying them with the Dylon Madonna Blue...Had these in the cooking pot for around 5hrs each...

Cheers Dan.... I 'retired' from the game around 2013 (Just after MK) but tbh I started to drift away around 2012...my Blue/Chrome Firebird was my last build but hopefully got a nice nonspec rider in the pipeline to ease myself back into it

I may just do the Site Supporter thing as well

The salt is part of the process I'm not too sure on why though..i think it maybe something to do with opening the 'paws' for want of a better word of the nylon in the wheels to allow the dye to penetrate properly (Like I say I'm not too sure but there will be a expert that could correct me)...

Also the water is at boiling point as well...the hotter the water the better the result...pop the wheel in,bring the water to boiling point then turn down the heat and let it simmer for a good few hours (this is what I did anyway)
