I had one of these a good few years ago and I seem to remember I may have bought a sturmey archer cog.

You can get them flat or domed ( domed ones move the chain line a few mm's in or out )

Like I said I only seem to remember but I have used sturmey archer cogs on modern internal hub shimano alfine wheels so it maybe a universal fitting.

I've never had to buy the locking ring but sturmey archer would do them.

Forget what I just said as I think sturmey cogs have 3 pins to locate on the hub

looks like a shimano cassette, this would probably fit but doesn't come with a lockring. a lockring from any coaster brake should probably fit though.

:) I think Kalex is correct-Sturmey Archer cogs also have a 3 locating pins  and you can also buy the circlip/spring retainers separately.Ebay is probably your best bet.

I'm not right as if you look it hasn't got 3 lug cut outs, but I'd so pm'd last week to say shimano but he's already tried one of them and it didn't fit

Looks like a Suntour cassette hub, that was on some tuffs:

From what I've read the cogs are like gold dust to find, and have 4 tabs rather than 3 like the Shimano and Sturmey Archer.

Probably your best chance of getting one would be from a regular Suntour cassette hub, or see if Sazwall or Animal could weld/grind an 3 tab one to fit.
