I took a 7-minute vid on my iPhone today (at my bmx track) but have no idea how to upload it on here. I'm guessing that it's too large to attach in its current format, so any pointers would be gratefully received.
I should add that I’m a techno-retard and will therefore need easy-to-follow instructions!
