Old School BMX family ride for our Government allowed excercise slot today......

Me and the fam took a few of the old geese for a spin to get a bit of fresh air and stretch the legs today....

Couldn't resist lining them up for a snap

I do love a Goose, and that chrome Call with black Tuffs looks just like my bike back in '83 John 

Sadly it's all big wheels, gears and newschool at Cassa Spen but my 9yr old and 11yr old are out every day on them in the woods by me thankfully for their hour

Brilliant I've been doing the same on my 83 gt Pro lol early joggers looking at me like a weardo lol. But a few guys of age have stopped for a chat at distance of course lol
