Here's my Quad for your viewing pleasure
Rumoured to have been made by Sal right around the time SE closed it's doors in the USA
It's a real fun bike just to join around on

Very nice. Must be a rare beast.
Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. Miss you loads Dad

From what I understand two things come out of Sal. Bull, and shit.

He will lie his way to heck for a sale.

A couple of "1985 NOS PK Ripper frames" showed up on the Museum a while back. They had no serials.

Sal welded them up from stuff he found lying around, then ripped some poor soul off. He continually keeps finding loads of stuff to sell with a story.

Edit. Sorry it's a really nice bike and all (and I really mean that) but if it came from Sal then I would take it with a shovel full of sodium chloride.

It didn't come from Sal, it's been with collectors in the US for years but I was lucky enough to score it from Joe Woods earlier this year
It's also not a VRP as they have a tube on the twin downtubes
Cheers
