hey guys
thoughts please on the Ammaco BMX brand and this particular model?  (the 202) from back in the day...might be buying one in top condition.

I don't really know much about the 202, but as you asked so nicely - Ammaco originally imported Mongoose bikes and than moved into making their own - very similar in design, but not in quality (imho). Some of the freestyle frames were really quite good, but I haven't a clue with the race bikes.

Kev - do you think where they've put 'H D' in the advert it means 'Heavy Duty'?

guess its advertising speak for mild steel F&F

202 seems to of been lower end of their range

I had a 202 also. My second bike. I thought it was quite light. Mind you, I did move up from a tuff burner. Snapped the thing doing a 360 off a trickramp..along with my acorn. :(
