This am i had to go to the post office to pick up my pedals (thanks jai) but after i fitted them in the park

i decided to go on a long ride along the beach to iford race track

it was a right laugh sunny weather dry sand everwere

i got to the track and typical it was water logged

so i rode it anyway

On the way home 'along the beach the bl##dy wind was up against me 'and my numberplate acted like a wind brake (not good)

i eventualy made it to a short cut off of the beach 'oh my god it was a swamp mtb terrtory

but i still rode it and it was fun all that mud flying everywere

well i got home in the end it was about 13 miles all told and now in knackered

hope you like the pics some cool ones of iford 'it will be great once it drys out

oh and i got the ripper nice and dirty

13 miles though?? your Mrs said it was only 5 and that exaggerate everything

Ha Ha Paul, you never cease to crack me up. The track is looking good down there, prime for a Rad road trip...Paul, find out when they have club meets and if they will allow an oldies gate?

im knackered now but well happy

i stopped for chips and a coke to give me a boost

sadly ady in the summer your not aloud to ride along the prom

you keep getting told to get off

but it was a great day

and i got the ripper well dirty

and had to clean it before it was aloud back in the house

i'd love to be in your shoes,always wanted to live by/near the coast.is there much to do down your way(kids wise)as the kids are fed up going to cornwall,so looking for a new holiday destination.
