can anyone help please - im having a nightmare removeing some bearing cups from a aero pro 25th ani frame - anyone got any good tips please? Paul

use a flat punch and drive it out from inside to out.hitting it at 12 ,3 ,6 and 9 0clock until it pops out.

just to give you an idea ,do the same for 1pc cups

fook me dan - thats almost 24 hours
hitting it at 12 ,3 ,6 and 9 0clock until it pops out.

sorry i wasnt very clear its the actually metalparts that are in the frame not the bearings themselves but thx for ya help

why dont you get a thin/slim chisel and tap it out , it worked for my builds in the past leaving not a mark unless you go mad!!!or put something in the bearing cup hole (if you know wat i mean

) and pull it out??i dont know if it will help or not but just sharing my knowledge.good luck
