Hard bikes to restore correctly

The good ole mk1 Harry Leary Turbo
Don’t think there’s any harder than this:

Firstly u gotta get the frame n’ forks..not easy
Then apply the correct black lacquer (with a hint of blue and a knats dick of metallic) …then get some decals.
Find the turbo stamped stem, cranks, chainring, crank caps, a chromed sr seat clamp.and the even rarer DB suede seat & turbo stamped seat post.

Oh plus SR DB pedals and the impossible to find DB CompII tyres.
The turbo pro bars are a lot bigger than ie: silver streak, viper, formula 1.

(don’t forget everything usually needs rechroming) not easy on alloy parts.

Yes a ball ache but that’s what makes these bikes so special.

Kawasaki BX 200 aluminium bike.  Most of the parts were made specifically for that bike

Early Hoffman Condor 92-93 nowhere near as many made as 80's bikes and they all got ridden to death.
Plus its virtually impossible to contact anyone for help at Hoffmans
