well it's only just been painted and not finished but seeing as you asked so nicely. A bit of a twist on the original, mettalic gold and brown, mmmm....

Chevron, I have a smoked bubble visor but need it for this lid. Do you have the 'Wings' sticker? If not, let me know as i came across a NOS unfitted original sticker and have had a couple made up.

came across a NOS sticker too, intended to send Del a scan for his "oldschool stickers library", just in case...
Might go for a repro though as I bet the 25 years old glue 's gonna be a real pain to stick on an helmet $:-\$ $:-\$

Where the hell did you find one? i got mine from the sticker box of an ex SE factory rider, glues still OK but i'm sticking on a repro sticker and laquering over.

It's being done by a hick in swanage (dorset), no idea how much, he's a mate of my sticker guy. Should be done in a few days (just trying to sort out how to rivet in the new chin strap!) I'll show you the final result and let you know how much. Your stickers still here, yeah, i'm slack so sue me.....

Just chicks mate that's why i'm marrying a 28 year old this year (i'm gonna be 39). I'll keep you in the loop, metallic SE colours funky eh?

Right, helmet update: Here it is, painted, repopped sticker applied, new chinstrap rivetted in. It will now have a bit of paint and filler on the rivets, be laquered all over and then i've just got to sort the inside out. It's having a smoke bubble visor with gold SE wings decals.

For all those guys that want one of these wings stickers they are virtually impossible to fit well on a helmet. My sticker guy said it's like trying to wrap a football. Maybe that's why the original decals were made of very thick vinyl, normal vinyl just creases up really bad.

I've known Darren so long, I told him i'd bought the cruiser back from Diesel and he just said 'do whatever you think', he won't be dissapointed!
