Dialled MX20 - my new bike.
« on: July 25, 2008, 09:17 PM »
I have just finished building up my new bike.  As the title suggests it is a Dialled MX20, which is without doubt one of the finest race bikes produced these days.

I bought this from Mike recently as it had a damaged bottom bracket, but my Father in Law is a retired engineer and he straightened it out for me and it is perfect again.

Sean, really happy to see that bargain punt worked out for you!  ;)

You've done me and the frame proud  :daumenhoch:

Thanks for giving another one of my creations a good home.

:) That`s really nice.I`ve ran an MX20 for the last 10 months and personally I would rate it up there with Supercross/S&M/Standard-all of which I have owned.Feels so solid, doesn`t flex and inspires confidence when you ride it......

Thanks for the props guys.

If you like the MX20s, hopefully you'll like next seasons racier version even more.  If I'm honest, I was still learning my trade when I designed the MX20 frame and although it's a very nicely made frame (never had a single frame out of the batch of 100 returned under warranty), I know the next version will be even better as I've refined it and used arguably the best tubing you can use for a bike frame (Reynolds 853 Air Hardening cro-moly).

I really like that with the black and gold, it  looks the nuts.  There is loads of attention to detail with all the gold parts.  Top draw :daumenhoch:

It has been sat around for a little while now hasn't it?  It was nearly done but the Dialled frame came up and I just had to have it as I have been after one for ages (read: been annoying Mike for ages  ;) ;D ).
