ta like kids  :-\

but as stidds the 'mod' don't dig the original as it came from Cali' bitd chrome, i av bin in me shed where i built the bike, de-chromin and adding some fookin matt black straight from da rattle can, so as to fit with the painted crowd... i would like to request my poor dull chrome effort not to forwarded into the final voting round as not to further embarress me sen... props to the kids who voted for the shiney stuff.

Your bike is gorgeous mate, I do really like it and it is a worthy winner congratulations.   :4_17_5:

I am just fed up with people voting (not building) for the shiniest bike everytime whether it is the best or not.

It really doesn't matter that I am a 'mod' does that mean that I have to not have an opinion?  I am still a member of this site and have been for a long time and have seen many a bike that doesn't deserve the accolades they get just because it is draped in lashings of chrome.  Gorgeous bikes that have had loads of work put into them finding rare parts and lovingly restored but are painted, get beaten by a run of the mill bike that just has loads of chrome on them.

At the end of the day Ade, your bike was the winner and to be honest even though it is chrome, chrome, chrome (as I put it) it is the best bike in the class and I think you built an absolute stunner and props to you.

Now get ya toys back in your pram and enjoy the moment.  ;)

why put up a sh1tty comment for everyone to see, you are entitled to an opinion even if it is negative but arent you especially being a "mod" supposed to be encouraging people to contribute to the site, comments like that will only put people off, how can he enjoy the moment with snidey comments being put up and it is a pretty snidey comment. all the bikes were top quality, everyone was a winner in my eyes, all you had to say was nice1 mate and well done end of :tickedoff:
