Update then  :LolLolLolLol:  How long has this been going on.  :crazy2: :crazy2:


A set of pedals for it which have since been stripped properly.






The pro Class rims which have been powdered chrome due to the Ali rims having a certain degree of corrosion.






I've also fitted the stickers and managed to get some pads off of MarkyP in a trade.  :4_17_5: :4_17_5: Cheers Mark mate.












Renthal seatpost and Mongoose grips have also been fitted.



Sooooooooooooooooooooooooo close to finishing now.  ::) ::)  A few more bits and pieces to go. ;D

looking good andy,nice to see it nearly done,youve got far more patience than me sourcing all the correct parts,my goose took 3 months and that was supposed to be my long term project!!!nice pads btw!! :4_17_5:

Cheers Chaps, just to reiterate what i am attempting to build here

One of these below but the tyres are going to be a major headache so Comp 3's will have to do for the time being.






The wheels have actually been built now but i need to do some work to one of the drop outs as the spindle wont actually slide all the way along it. It just needs to have some minor filing done to allow full movement. The dropout is very slightly crushed, you cant see it though.

with Suzue hubs and skin wall Tioga Comp 3's.  Obviously not the tyres i require but they'll have to do until if and when i source the correct ones.  More an "if" i reckon.  :(

Although i'm not happy with the rear brake as it doesn't work too well, i think the spring is bent or something. I'm sure someone was selling springs a while back and also the tyres are not correct. I need snake bellies for it so some old skin wall comp 3's i have hanging about will have to do.
I actually need 2 sets of snakebellies, 1 black and 1 red :( :(  what a nightmare.  :yahoo_silent: :yahoo_silent:


Will try and get photos done either tomorrow or Thursday, pointless at the moment.
