I would've felt a lot better if the weather was artic with horizontal sleet and gale force winds...........as I wont be racing at the weekend. 


My wrist wont be up to it.   I can't put any weight on it when I roll my wrist.   It might be better by next weekend (hopefully) but it wont be fit for this weekend.

I'll be fit for filming though!!

It looks like it will  be a cracking day.   The track is long and tiring but its a pretty safe track to ride.  I only fell off because I'm an idiot!!

So there is a bike free if anyone wants to race.

If anyone is interested then LMK and I'll make sure its ready.

I can also bring a helmet, pads etc, etc if needed too.

I was looking forward to some berm warfare too!  Have you tried any of those sporty wrist supports?  It might help (although common sense tells me you should rest it).

Got me 82 supergoose and race gear I used at MK but since I came overall 2nd-to-last in the novice class I think I'll just have a roll round and watch you lads

Thing is John , this is our 'home' track and we are masters of it ................... NOT !    

I do recall on one of our last ventures up their ended up in a trip to A&E    

and the first time we went up their , your face when you saw the start hill was like   is that  

Should be up on Sunday at some point , depending on the youngest one's footy match being on or off
