in 1996 the rl240 was not like that. it had a GT performer style platform - like pretty much every generic freestyle frame did at that time (like the mongoose sniper in the other thread)

they had that loop in the early nineties. if i had to guess, i would say 92-94

sorry to butt in on the thread but is there a date stamp on redlines as ive just bought one and cant find anything out about it age wise at all :(
