went to KOC on friday with my great mates

saturday morning we were hairing down the seafront from the campsite to the common
and i was busting long framestands in and out of the pedestrians. no problem

then my buddy comes riding up along side me and decides to give me "a hand"

before i can say "NOOOOOO"
he grabs the left hand grip
the bars turn
i immediately go down, at speed
my foot hits the floor at an angle, then my ankle bone hits the floor crack then my knee

my ankle blew up. i still cant walk on it. great start to the weekend!
