Good video Alex,
Question for ya
At the start of the video, you fall off head first over a jump box, how the hell do you manage not to break your hands or wrist going down like that?

It was just a little block on the floor. I was trying to manual roll and then hop up to nose wheelie but I timed it wrong and stuffed the front wheel into the edge of the block and flipped over. I guess I got away with it lucky.

I would love to start learning to ride ramps and parks, I started trying tracks last year and 2nd time out I broke my wrist and was screwed for 3 months. Street/parks like your video is what I would love to learn to do, but I wondering wether I am too old to start doing it. In the 80s I had no fear and bounced when I fell off. I seem to do down with a crunch these days lol

Yep, thats the problem. Its never too bad when i come off, the pain comes when you get home after riding, and it lasts twice as long. Know your limits, and learn how to crash safely..! Works for me. :)
