Old School BMX 1980 - 1988 > Old School Freestyle (frame stands and kickturns galore!)
Fave and worst part?
darren:
mrd race frames, esp stems.
worst burners.
dordymush:
my fav has to be skyway tuffs.the wheel of the 80's 8).
my worst would be alloy cranks.
i knackered 3 of these in the 80's racing. no strenth at all.

Worst = All the best old school frames as i was far too poor to afford one (just a Burner :) ) Airials (I just couldn't bloody master them!) Bike snobs that look down on you just cos you had a Burner and not a DP freestyler as most did around my area >:(

good call on the sharp grips and bike snobs, like it!
retrogeezer:
Fave - Curtis Pro frames - the biz for just £99!!
Worst - the really cr@p bikes like Kalkhoff etc that just looked like a BMX ( oh and pro-gards!)
fischflo:
i like v bars, those high mongoose boxbars and certain old redline bars and for some reason i like the skinny ashtabula gooseneks. Weird taste shift. a year ago i by far would have preferred slicker rl20II looking stuff and i was stunned about how people could be keen on puttin weird motomagson their bikes. Might be tending to like in the future what I feel uneasy with right now -- that would be some kind of horror-theory. Also love suntour cassette hubbed tuffs.
