Not really a bargain, but not a bad price. He mentions he would ship slowest method (still about $40), then you've got to find forks.
By the way, I got mine for the princely sum of $9.99+shipping. The forks on the other hand cost around £30-£35

I know of this nos frame and forks (plus other Haro's) with pegs etc (so a sealed full box) and (Skyway boxes) going for £160 (£10 p & p) , and if you buy quite a bit, savings can be had.
So, to conclude, not really a bargain, as forks required (more p & p) and time finding them, plus a long shipping time etc.

If you shop smart, you can get them even cheaper.
Wait for Skatepool to post auctions on ebay, he sometimes lets a couple go for bargain prices.
