Some of the bottom has been cut off and the front, a extra hole added and the windjammer is actually faded on from the original decal that is faded.

The 80s always seemed to be about "the future" and these Windjammers were just that ... Like the Sinclair C5 there were all form over function! I really wanted one BITD ... Freestyle BMX was all about gizmos and gimmicks...

Definitely remember a DP rider using one and going 'wow ... How cool!' ..., and cos Eddie Fiola used the wheel discs they were bitchin'

It's weird but I was only thing about these yesterday after seeing them in an Action Bike ... I was thinking how easy it would be to get one made up

I loved plates and stickers as a kid and these were just another extension of that so they were Rad!

Yep that's the fella.....I was probably about 9 or 10 when I first got called it.....I'm 44 soon and most people still know me as Shmoo. 😕
