What happened to Prolite?

Ive got a Pro lite and theres a name Z.Clarke engraved on it so...any one on here called that or know a Z. Clarke???

I have a baby blue one in my garage in the highlands , its made of Reynolds 531 I think as it has a sticker on the under side of the down tube, (it may have been added later). The frame looks good quality and the TIG welding is tidy + the loop tails make it stronger for sure than possibly a street beat or TA.

Rom bloke has first digs on it when I get home and manage to strip it down

But not for much longer as I am going to sell it soon, need to make room.
