Looking forward to some good winter sessions down there, everybody learns something at Charlton; it seems to be quite inspirational sometimes.  Obviously the videos show the progression in everyone   8)

not to tread on the ROM toes but i trying to ride sundays around 11 to 3 pm
if anyones up for it
24 hours notice would be cool

will be there the next wet sunday bro accept this week as its my youngest  1st birthday  and can only  do rom till 2  so after that will be up for it every sunday if weather is shite.  gotta start doing more spine work skillz are dropping quick.
