If Craig is free I know he will do his best to attend, he has made it to the Burner Bash for the past two years and has always been a gent...

Of course that's OK and hopefully he'll gather together the Braintree Posse and get Sid Salisbury and Jamie Vince along too. Tony Slater will already be there chasing the 40+ cruiser title and maybe he can be persuaded onto an OS ride too. That would be awesome!! Humps

Don't worry about having never raced before. Just take things at your own pace and have as much fun as possible.

This race is all about taking part (and having fun on old bikes), not about who comes where. And it's for a very good cause.

i have got to back out early as im having my other hip replaced a week earlier than the race
so not sure if i will be upto it .

sadly mrs JT71 has said I'm not going to Burnham as we have a wedding to attend.
which i'd rather not attend, but since we've had like a years notice it'd be rude not to.

how much is the entry fee? I could donate my fee to the cause anyway, and what about prizes?

I can send a pair of 1/2" thread black widow pedals towards the prizes if that's any good.
