I have it, dawn raid this morning yeilded a bike, not what I initially thought but may do for a winter ride.
Alas It's one of these, I think someone must have left it out in the sun too long.
ah well, it's got a nice front loading GT stem and heaviliy corroded dx pedals that might be worth a resto.

there was actually a BMX marketed that had bars like that
it was called a "hi-jinks" - a bike shop near my grandparents used to stock it, circa 1984
the brand name escapes me. could have been a puch or murray
